To stop displaying your name when you make calls, the My Verizon website allows you to easily remove your Share Name ID service.

Steps

  1. From a computer, sign into My Verizon as the Account Owner or Account Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    Share Name ID
    .
  3. Find the desired line then select
    Unsubscribe
    .
  4. To proceed, review the message and accept the Terms & Conditions then select
    Confirm
    .
