Samsung Galaxy Tab E - Perform a Gmail Sync

Adjust Gmail™ sync settings on your Galaxy Tab E to stay on top of your email in real time. If preferred, you can also manually update your inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts
    Google
    .
  3. Select the applicable Gmail address.
  4. Select the applicable data sync options (e.g., Sync Contacts, Sync Gmail, etc.) to turn on or off.
    To perform a manual sync:
    • Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu icon.
    • Tap
      Sync now
