Gmail for Android - Reply to a Message

Here's how to reply to a Gmail message from your Android smartphone / tablet.
  1. Open the
    Gmail app
     on your Android™ device.
  2. Ensure the appropriate Gmail™ address is selected:
    1. Tap the
      Switch account icon
       Switch account icon.
    2. Tap the appropriate email address.
  3. From the Inbox, tap an email message.
  4. Tap the
    Reply icon
     Reply icon.
    To reply to all, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (next to Reply arrow) then tap
    Reply all
    .
  5. Enter a message then tap the
    Send icon
     Send icon.
