Verizon Ellipsis® 10 - Activate / Set Up Device
Here's how to quickly set up your Verizon Ellipsis 10 tablet.
To avoid potential issues, review the following:
- Accounts (e.g., Gmail, email, etc.) should be set up after activating the device (see the Additional Support section at the bottom of this page).
- To activate the device on prepaid service, refer to Set up Verizon Prepaid Data Service.
- From the 'Language selection' screen, select the appropriate language then tapNEXT.
- From the 'Tablet Activation' screen, tapNEXT.If necessary, allow several seconds for activation to complete.
- If presented with the 'Set Up Wi-Fi' screen, tapSKIP.
- From the 'Email Accounts' screen, tapSKIP.
- If presented with the Verify your account screen, sign in with the Google account that was previously synced on the device then tapNEXT.If not presented, skip to step 8.
- If presented with the 'Setup payment info' screen, selectRemind me laterthen tapNEXT.
- If presented with the 'Get your apps & data' screen, select the desired options then tapNEXT.If troubleshooting an app issue, it's recommended to set up as new device.
- If presented with the 'Add your account' screen, tap.
- If presented with the Name screen, enter the first and last name then tapNEXT.
- From the 'Protect your tablet' screen, tap.
- From the 'Google services' screen, select any of the following to enable or disable then tapNEXT:Enabled when a checkmark is present.
- Use Google's location service
- Help improve location services
- Help improve your Android experience
- From the 'Summary' screen, tapDONE.
