Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 edge - Turn Voice & Video On / Off - HD Voice

Here's how to turn HD voice and video calling for your Galaxy S7 / S7 edge on or off.
If you turn off HD Voice (Advanced Calling), you won't be able to make or receive calls on the Verizon cellular network.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  3. Navigate:
    Connections
    Advanced Calling
    .
  4. Tap
    Advanced Calling
    .
  5. Tap the
    Advanced Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  6. If presented, review the notification then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
  7. When on, select either of the following:
    • HD Voice and Video Calling
      When video calling is on, others can see that the phone has video calling turned on.
    • HD Voice only
