Here's how to move files from internal storage on your Galaxy S7 / S7 edge to an SD / Memory Card.

To perform the steps below, an SD / Memory Card must be inserted.

Open the

Samsung app

Tap

My Files

Select a category (e.g., Images, Audio, etc.) from the Categories section.

If applicable, select the directory/folder that contains the file(s).

Tap the

Menu icon

Tap

Edit

Select (check) the desired file(s).

To select all files, tap

All

Tap the

Menu icon

Tap

Move

This option won't appear if an SD / Memory Card isn't installed.

Tap

SD / Memory Card

If necessary, navigate to the appropriate directory (to move the files to).

Tap

DONE

(upper-right).
