Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your Galaxy J3 V / J3 (2016).
- Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on

- Perform one of the following:
- Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
- Tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the appropriate password then tapCONNECT.To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)Show password.
- Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
- TapAdd network.
- From the Network name field, enter the appropriate name.
- From the Security field, tap theDropdown icon

- Tap the applicable security option (e.g., None, WEP, WPA/WPA2 PSK, etc.).
- From the Password field, enter the appropriate password.
- Ensure additional settings (e.g. EAP method, Phase 2 authentication, CA certificate, etc.) are configured appropriately then tapSAVE.
- Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
- Tap the connected Wi-Fi network.
- TapFORGET.
