The Voice & Data feature on your Apple® iPhone® 6 / 6 Plus can be turned off for troubleshooting, but will cause problems with making calls if not turned back on.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Tap
    Cellular
    .
  3. Tap the
    Cellular Data switch
     to turn on.
  4. Tap
    Cellular Data Options
     then tap
    Voice & Data
    .
  5. Tap the
    VoLTE switch
     to turn on or off.
