If your DuraForce PRO with Sapphire Shield drops calls due to being near a network border, locking onto a specific network can help; however, roaming charges may apply.
- Open theSettings app.
- Navigate:.
- Tap the Preferred network type:
- Global
- LTE/CDMA
- LTE/GSM/UMTSWhen LTE/GSM/UMTS is selected, if presented:
- TapNetwork operators.
- Tap one of the following options:
- Automatic
- ManualWhen selecting Manual, tap the preferred network.The preferred global carrier is automatically selected. You can manually select an alternate carrier but it may require as many as 6 registration attempts with that carrier before successful registration.
