Verizon Jetpack MiFi 7730L - Insert / Remove SIM Card

Here's how to properly insert or remove a SIM card for your MiFi 7730L.
Instructions on inserting / removing your SIM can help with activation issues / errors, browser connection problems and a blank or frozen screen.
Don't attempt to insert/remove the SIM card with the battery still installed in your Verizon Jetpack® MiFi® 7730L. Doing so can harm the SIM card and/or the device.
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Open the SIM card cover (located on the top edge).
    Using the provided slot, carefully lift then rotate the cover down.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Insert SIM card
      With the gold contacts facing down and the notch located in the lower-right, insert the SIM card as shown.
      Press in on the card until it locks into place.

    • Remove SIM card
      Press in on the card to unlock then remove as shown.

  4. Close the SIM card cover.
