Uninstall the Verizon Protect app
Safely disable or uninstall Verizon Protect from your device to free up storage and stop background activity.
Before you begin
Uninstalling / disabling doesn't cancel your monthly subscription. To prevent future charges unsubscribe from Digital Secure.
If you delete an app from your Apple device, you don't automatically cancel any in-app subscriptions. While deleting an app, you might see a 'Cancel Subscription' option.

- From the Home screen, touch and hold the Verizon Protect app.Do not press down on the screen as this may activate 3D Touch.
- TapRemove App.
- TapDelete App.
Android™
- From a Home screen do one of the following:
- Navigate: .
- Navigate: .
- TapSee all apps, locate then select the the Verizon Protect app.
- TapDisableorUninstall.
- If prompted, tapYes.
