Here's how to manage volume controls if your Galaxy S8 / S8+ doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Sounds and vibration
    Volume
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following:
    • Ringtone
    • Media
    • Notifications
    • System
To turn off all sounds, navigate:
Settings
Accessibility
Hearing
 then tap the
Mute all sounds switch
 to turn on.
