LG G6 - Turn Voice & Video On / Off - HD Voice

Here's how to turn HD voice and video calling for your LG G6 on or off.
If you turn off HD Voice (Advanced Calling), you won't be able to make or receive calls on the Verizon cellular network.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
     on your LG G6™.
  3. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    Advanced Calling
    .
  4. Tap the
    Advanced Calling switch
     to turn on or off.
  5. If presented with a confirmation screen, tap
    OK
    .
    Review the disclaimer regarding billing and data usage.
  6. Select one of the following:
    Selected when a dot is present.
    • HD Voice and Video calling
      When video calling is turned on, others can see that the phone has video calling.
    • HD Voice only
