Push to Talk Plus - Dispatch Console - Create Contact Group via My Business

Here's how to create a Push to Talk Plus contact group via My Business or the Verizon Enterprise Center.
  1. Log in to My Business.
  2. Navigate:
    Manage Account
    View All
    .
  3. From the product tools list, click
    Push to Talk
    .
  4. From the 'Groups' tab, enter the new group name then click
    Create
    .
  5. Click the
    Type dropdown
     then select
    Dispatch
    .
  6. Click
    Select Contacts
    .
  7. Click the appropriate 'PTT+ for Dispatch' contact(s) then click
    Done
    .
    Selected when a checkmark Checkmark is present.
  8. Review the members (contacts) then click
    Create
    .
