Push to Talk Plus - Dispatch Console - Place a Group Call

Here's how to place a group call via the Push to Talk Plus Dispatch Console.
  1. Launch the Dispatch Console.
    Navigate:
    Start
     >
    Apps
     >
    Dispatch Console menu
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To place a Quick Group call:
      1. Click the
        Contacts tab
         then select (check) the desired contacts.
        Contacts Tab select names
      2. Right-click a contact then click
        Call
         icon to the right of the appropriate group.
        The 'Master Call Activity' window displays the contact and changes to a 'Call Ready' state.
        Right click then call
    • To place a talkgroup call, select the
      Talkgroups tab
       then click the
      Call icon
       to the right of the appropriate contact.
      The 'Master Call Activity' window displays the contact and changes to a 'Call Ready' state.
      Talkgroups tab
  3. To talk, click and hold the
    Call icon
    . Release the icon to allow others to speak.
    The Call icon turns blue Speaking On Call Icon while your voice is transmitted.
