Arlo Go - Insert / Remove SIM Card

Here's how to properly insert or remove a SIM card for your Arlo Go.

Instructions on inserting/removing your SIM can help with activation issues/errors.

Don't attempt to insert or remove the SIM card while your Arlo Go is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and/or the device.

Open the battery door.

Press and hold the latch (located on the top edge) then rotate the door down.

If present, remove the battery as shown then do one of the following:

Utilizing the notches on both sides, pull to remove.

Insert SIM card

Ensure the card slides into place (gold contacts facing up, notch in the upper-right)..

Remove SIM card

If necessary, press in on the card to unlock it.

Re-insert the battery.

Ensure that the connectors on the battery align with the connectors on the device.

Close the battery door.

Rotate the door up and ensure it locks into place.
