ASUS ZenPad Z8s - View / Manage Home Screen Panels

Here's how to view / add / remove panels and set a default Home screen panel for your ZenPad Z8s.
From a Home screen on your ASUS ZenPad™ Z8s, swipe left or right to navigate the extended Home screen panels. Follow the steps below to add or remove panels or set a default panel.

Add Panels

Home screen panels are used to display and organize folders, shortcuts and widgets.
  1. From the Home screen, tap the
    Apps icon
     Apps icon.
  2. Touch and hold an app then drag to the right.
    A new panel is automatically created when an app is placed on it.

Remove Panels

  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area.
  2. Tap
    Edit Home screen
     Edit Home Screen icon.
  3. Swipe to the preferred panel.
  4. Tap the
    X
     in the upper-right corner.
  5. Tap
    OK
     to confirm.

Set Default Panel

The default panel appears when 'Home' is selected.
  1. From a Home screen, touch and hold a blank area.
  2. Tap
    Edit Home screen
     Edit Home Screen icon.
  3. Swipe to the preferred panel.
  4. Tap
    Set as home Home icon
    (at the bottom).
