Here's how to check your Voicemail messages from, your phone or a different phone.

Check from your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi is Available)

  1. From the dial pad , press and hold the
    1
     (one)
    key
    .
  2. Enter the appropriate Voicemail password.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon wireless coverage area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the
    #
    key
     then enter the Voicemail password.
    If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
