Here's how to send unwanted calls directly to voicemail for your ZTE Cymbal.
  1. From the main screen, select the 
    Apps icon
     Apps icon .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  2. Select
    Contacts
    .
  3. Select the preferred contact.
  4. Press the
    left soft key
     to choose Option.
  5. Select
    All calls to voicemail
     to enable or disable.
    Enabled when a checkmark is present.
