Apple iPhone - Common Camera Settings

Here's info on common camera settings (e.g., flash, timer, front / rear camera, etc.) for your iPhone.
  1. Open the
    Camera app
    on your Apple® iPhone®.
  2. Do any of the following:
    Options presented may vary depending on iPhone model and iOS version.
    • Tap the
      Flash icon
      Flash icon in the upper-left corner of the screen to turn on or off.
    • Tap the
      Live Photos icon
      Live photo on icon to turn on or off.
    • Tap the
      Menu dropdown icon
      Menu icon to access additional camera options
    • Tap the
      Timer icon
      Camera timer icon then select an option (e.g., Off, 3s, 10s).
    • Tap the
      Filters icon
      Filters icon then select an option (e.g., Original, Vivid, etc.).
    • To switch to the front-facing camera, tap the
      Front-facing Camera icon
      Front-facing camera icon.
    • To switch to a different mode, swipe the
      modes menu
      then choose any of the following:
      • Time Lapse
      • Slo-Mo (slow motion)
      • Video
      • Photo
      • Portrait
      • Pano (panoramic)
