  1. Open the

  2. Navigate:
    3-dot Menu
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Voicemail
    .
    If unavailable, tap
    Call Settings
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  4. Tap the
    Visual Voicemail switch
     to turn on or off.
    If unavailable, tap
    Notifications
    .
