Here's how to update work email server settings for your Galaxy S9 / S9+.

  1. Open the
    Email app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon then tap the
    Gear icon
     Gear icon.
  3. From the Accounts section, select the appropriate email address.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  4. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin to configure the following then tap
    Done
    :
    • Account name
    • Data usage settings
    • Notification settings
    • Server settings (password, domain, etc.)
    • Signature settings
    • Sync frequency settings
