Here's how to delete a personal / corporate email account from your Galaxy J7 V / J7 (2nd Gen.).
Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Accounts and backup
     >
    Accounts
    .
  2. Tap the desired email account (e.g., Google, Mail, Exchange ActiveSync, etc.).
  3. Tap
    Remove account
    .
  4. To confirm, tap
    Remove account
    .
