If you're not receiving email and app notifications, here's how to view sync settings on your Galaxy Note9.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto sync data switch
     to turn on or off.
    Turning off auto sync stops accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.
  4. Select the appropriate account or email address.
    Multiple accounts may appear.
  5. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  6. Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    The settings presented vary depending on account type.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
