Here's how to delete email messages from your Galaxy Note9.

Open the

Email app

From the appropriate inbox, tap the

Options icon

then tap

Edit

To switch email accounts, tap the

Menu icon

(upper-left) then tap the appropriate email address.

Select (check) the desired message(s).

To mark all messages for deletion, tap

All

Tap

Delete

To confirm, tap

Delete
