Turn Screen Rotation On / Off - Samsung Galaxy Note9

Here's how to check settings if the display on your Galaxy Note9 doesn't rotate or flip.
  1. Swipe down on the
    Status bar
     (at the top).
    The image below is an example.

  2. Swipe down from the top of the display to expand the quick settings menu.
  3. Tap 'Auto rotate' or 'Portrait'.
    When Auto rotate is selected, the icon is blue. When Portrait is selected, the icon is gray.
    Screen rotation displays content in landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) and isn't available for all apps. Simply turn the device to change the view.
