Here's how to turn the Mobile Hotspot for your Galaxy Tab A (10.5) on or off.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Connections
    Mobile Hotspot and Tethering
    Mobile Hotspot
    .
  3. Tap the
    Mobile Hotspot switch
     to turn on or off.
    When turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.
  4. If prompted, review the info then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
