Samsung Galaxy Tab A (10.5) - Manage Battery Saving Settings

Power Saving mode helps extend battery life on your Galaxy Tab A (10.5) by reducing performance and limiting vibration, location services, and most background data.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Device care
    Battery
    Power mode
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To turn on:
      1. Tap Medium power saving or Maximum power saving.
      2. Configure any of the following settings:
        • Restrict background data
        • Limit CPU speed
        • Brightness
          Tap the
          Dropdown icon
           Dropdown icon then select the preferred setting.
      3. Tap
        Apply
        .
    • To turn off, tap
      Optimized
      .
