Verizon GizmoTablet - View / Extend Battery Life

Here's how to extend battery life, view charging status / remaining battery and determine what uses the most power on your GizmoTablet.

View Battery Life

Open the

Settings app

on your Verizon GizmoTablet™ .

Navigate:

Device care

Battery

Battery usage

Review the Past and predicted usage graph.

The graph displays the time since it was last charged to 100%.

Review the Battery usage since last full charge section.

Battery life is measured by standby time, talk time and data usage.

To improve battery life on your Verizon GizmoTablet™ you can:

Disable apps that are consuming too much battery or RAM and not being used.

Stop running apps that are not being used.

Contact the app developer if an app appears to cause excessive battery drain.

Turn GPS or Wi-Fi off when not in use.

If disabled, certain apps or services may not work properly.

Remove widgets that automatically update.
