Face ID provides secure and easy access to apps and features on your Apple® iPad®. Configuring its settings helps fine-tune how it works for unlocking your device and authenticating actions.

Before you begin

The steps below only apply to the Apple® iPad® models with Touch ID. For Touch ID, refer to Manage Touch ID Settings.
