Samsung SmartThings Tracker - Receive Location Updates

Here's how to set location updates for your SmartThings Tracker.
  • Get regular updates on where your SmartThings Tracker is.
  • Service may be limited and location tracking may be inaccurate if the device is indoors, in a moving vehicle or if the GPS signal is poor.
  1. Open the SmartThings app
    SmartThings app.
  2. From the SmartThings Home screen, select your tracker.
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-left) then tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Location updates
    .
  5. Select preferred time interval:
    • Off
    • Every 10 minutes
    • Every 30 minutes
    • Every 1 hour
    • Every 3 hours
    • Every 5 hours
