Verizon GizmoTablet™ - Change or Retrieve Parent PIN

Here's how to change or retrieve your Parent PIN for the GizmoTablet app.
Created during initial setup of the GizmoTablet, the Parent PIN allows you access to the Parent Dashboard where you can view and set limits on tablet usage.

  1. From the Home screen, tap the
    Menu icon
     (located in the upper-right).

  2. Tap the
    Parent
    icon
    then enter your Parent PIN.

  3. From the left menu, tap
    Account Management
     then tap the
    Parent PIN box
    to edit.

  4. From the 'Change Unlock Key' screen, enter the old code and the new code twice then tap
    Save

    Forgot PIN
     located below the keypad
    Parent PIN screen
  4. Verify your Gmail address then tap the
    green checkmark
     to retrieve your PIN.
  5. Tap
    Okay
     then access your Gmail account to view the email and retrieve password.
