Verizon GizmoTablet™ - First Time Setup - Parent and Child Profiles

Here's how to setup your GizmoTablet for the first time.
  1. Tap the
    GizmoTablet app
    .
    If unavailable, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen then tap the
    GizmoTablet app

  2. Tap
    Get Started
    .

  3. Complete the following:
    To quickly set up a Parent Account, tap
    Create your account with Google
    .
    1. Enter your full name.
    2. Enter your Email address.
    3. Enter a password based on given requirements.
      Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least 3 of the following requirements:
      • 1 or more upper-case letters
      • 1 or more lower-case letters
      • 1 or more numerals
      • 1 or more special characters
    4. To confirm, re-enter your password then tap
      Next

      Create parent account
  4. Tap
    Send Confirmation Code
    .
    Verify email confirmation code request
  5. Check your Email acccount for the email with the confirmation code, enter it then tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Enter a name for the tablet then tap
    Continue
    .
    Choose tablet name
  7. Enter the PIN you want to use to access parent-only features.
  8. To confirm, re-enter the PIN then tap
    Continue
    .
    Create parent pin
  9. Enter the child's name, birth month and year, then tap
    Continue
     to set up the first child profile.
    You can have 3 child profiles per tablet; follow these instructions for adding additional child profiles.

  10. Slide the
    white dot
    to set how many hours per day the tablet can be used then tap
    Continue
    .
    Set learning limits
  11. Tap the
    Learning Experience switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off (located in the upper-right) then tap
    Continue
    .
    Set playtime limits
  12. Select a Learning level by sliding the white dot to the preferred setting then tap
    Continue
    .
    Choose learning level
  13. Tap Continue to complete setup or tap Add another child.
    Complete setup
  14. Review the 'Get to know your GizmoTablet' screen then tap
    Continue
    .

  15. Tap
    Kids World
     to visit the Home screen and access premium learning apps or tap
    Parent Dashboard
     to manage your account.
