Samsung Galaxy Watch - Reset Network Settings

Here's how to reset settings if your Galaxy Watch can't connect to data or send / receive messages.
If you can't connect to the network, or are having trouble receiving calls or messages resetting the network settings may help.
By performing the steps below, the cellular connection is cleared and restored to default values. Mobile plans need to be set up again.
From your Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone®, ensure your Galaxy Watch software is up to date as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

Reset Network Settings from the Galaxy Watch

  1. From the watch screen, press the
    Home button
    to open the apps screen.

  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    Mobile networks
    .
  3. Tap
    Mobile plans
    .
  4. Tap
    Reset all mobile plans
    .
  5. To continue, review the info then tap the
    Radio button icon
    to agree.
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  6. To confirm, tap
    Reset
    .

Reset the Network Settings from the Galaxy Wearable app

  1. From a Home screen on your companion phone, do one of the following:
    • For Android smartphones, tap the
      Galaxy Wearable app
      .
    • For Apple iPhones, tap the
      Samsung Galaxy Watch (Gear S) app
      .
  2. Tap
    Mobile plans
    .
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
    Menu icon (upper-right).
  4. Tap
    Reset all mobile plans
    .
  5. To continue, review the info then tap the
    Radio button
    to agree.
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  6. Tap
    Reset
    .
