LG G8 ThinQ - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your G8 ThinQ.
The LG G8 ThinQ™ supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online .
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Using the provided tool, pop out the microSD / Memory Card tray (right edge of device).
    Remove SD / memory card tray
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Insert SD / memory card
      Place the SD / Memory Card in the tray with the gold contacts facing down.
      Place SD Card in the Tray
    • Remove SD / memory card
      If necessary, insert the tool into the hole on the back of the tray to pop out the card.
      Remove SD Card from the tray
  4. Push the tray back into the right edge of the device.
