Activate the Call Filter service on your account via the My Verizon app, giving you tools to screen calls and reduce interruptions from unknown numbers.

Steps

  1. Open the 
    My Verizon app
     from an Account Owner or Account Manager device.
  2. Tap the
    Mobile tab
     then navigate:
    Shop products & plan perks
    Protection
    Call Filter
    .
  3. Tap
    Get it now
    .
  4. Select 'Account level' or 'By device' then choose the desired Call Filter subscription(s).
  5. Tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions then tap
    Confirm
    .
