Here's how to view pictures and videos on your Tab 4 8 PLUS.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap
    Photos.
     Photos icon
  3. If necessary, choose the appropriate album or navigate to the image/video location.
  4. Tap a picture or video to view.
