Alcatel Avalon™ V - Reset All Settings

If your Avalon V crashes, resets or runs slow, or apps freeze or reset the device, view this.
Restoring your device to default settings helps when the device crashes and resets itself or when apps freeze/hang or reset the device.
Performing these steps resets all system settings (e.g. ringtones, sound settings, display settings, etc.) back to their default values. Personal data, such as downloaded apps and media (pictures, videos, music), aren't affected.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    System
    Reset options
    .
  3. Tap
    Reset settings
    .
  4. Review the info then tap
    RESET SETTINGS
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
  5. To confirm, review the info then tap
    RESET SETTINGS
    .
