Here's how to stop running apps if they freeze / hang or cause your moto g7 power to crash, reset or run slowly.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
    App info
    .
  3. Locate then tap the app (e.g., Calculator, Cloud).
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Menu icon Menu icon
    Show system
    .
  4. Tap
    Force stop
    .
  5. To confirm, review the notification then tap
    OK
    .
