Sonim XP8 - Add / Edit / Delete a Contact

Here's how to add, edit or remove a contact entry on your Sonim XP8.

Add / Edit a Contact

Open the

Contacts app

on your Sonim XP8®.

Do one of the following:

To add a contact, tap the

Add icon

To edit an existing contact, select the desired contact then tap the

Edit icon

Select an account from the 'Saving to' dropdown menu (e.g., Phone, Google, etc.).

Depending on the account, the options presented may vary.

Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tap

Save

To add a pause (a 2-second delay between numbers) or wait, tap

+*#

then tap Pause or Wait.

Tap

Add another field

for additional options.

Open the

Contacts app

on your Sonim XP8®.

Select the desired contact.

Tap the

Menu icon

then tap

Delete

Tap

Delete

again to confirm.
