Sonim XP8 - Insert / Remove Battery

Here's how to insert / remove the battery for your Sonim XP8.
  1. Ensure the Sonim XP8® is powered off.
  2. Remove the battery cover.
    Use the provided tool to remove the screw then carefully detach the cover.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • Insert battery
      Line up the contacts on the device with the contacts on the battery then insert the battery into the device.
      Insert battery
    • Remove battery
      From the notch in the upper edge of the battery compartment, lift then remove the battery.

  4. Replace the battery cover.
    Use the provided tool to re-insert and tighten the screw firmly.
