Sonim XP8 - Record and Play Sound File

Here's how to record sounds and listen to them on your Sonim XP8.
  1. Open the
    Sound Recorder app
     on your Sonim XP8®.
  2. Tap the
    Record icon
     to begin recording.
  3. When finished, tap the
    Stop icon
     to discontinue recording.
  4. From the prompt, enter a name for the file then tap
    SAVE
    .
  5. To play a sound file, tap
    Recording list
     then tap the appropriate sound file to play.
    If necessary, press the
    Volume buttons
     up or down to adjust the volume.
    To delete a sound file:
    1. Touch and hold the preferred recording.
    2. Tap the
      Trashcan icon
       Trashcan icon.
    3. Tap
      DELETE
       to confirm.
