Check / Delete Visual Voicemail - Alcatel

Here's how to check, listen to and delete Visual Voicemail messages from your Alcatel smartphone.
  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display, then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. From the options screen, tap the
    Voicemail icon
     Visual voicemail icon (upper-right).
    The most recent message appears at the top of the list.
  3. Tap
    Voicemail
     (lower-right).
  4. Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:
    If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
    • Play message
      1. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the
        Play icon
         Visual Voice Mail Play icon next to the message to automatically start.
      2. To turn the speakerphone on or off, tap the
        Speaker icon
         Speakerphone icon.
        When turned on, the icon changes to blue Speakerphone on icon.
    • To delete a message, tap the
      Delete icon
       Delete icon.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Alcatel / TCL smartphone or from another phone.
