5G MiFi® M1000 - Configure Broadcast Settings

Here's how to check Wi-Fi settings if you're having issues connecting to your 5G MiFi M1000.
To change the Wi-Fi broadcast settings for your MiFi, follow these steps.
To avoid interference with other Wi-Fi networks, try using a different channel.
  2. Click
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. From the Settings tab, select the desired option for your Primary and Guest networks:
    • 2.4GHz Band
    • 5GHz Band
    • Off
  4. For the 2.4 GHz Band Settings, click the
    Channel dropdown
     then select the desired channel (e.g., Automatic, 1, 2, 10, 11, etc.).
  5. For the 5GHz Band Settings, click the dropdown for any of the following:
    • 802.11 Mode
    • Bandwidth
    • Channel
  6. Click
    Save Changes

You can also set the band for your 'primary' and 'guest' Wi-Fi networks from the device by navigating:
