Kazuna eTalk™ - Manage Wireless Emergency Alerts

Here's how to manage emergency alerts (e.g., AMBER Alerts, etc.) for your eTalk.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

    Tools & Settings
    .
  3. Select
    Wireless & Networks
    .
  4. Select
    Emergency Alerts
    .
  5. Press the
    right soft key
     Soft key to choose Options.
  6. Select
    Settings
    .
  7. Select
    Allow alerts
    , highlight an option then select
    OK
    :
    • On
    • Off
  8. Select an alert, turn 'On' or
    '
     Off'as preferred then select
    OK
    .
    Presidential alerts can't be turned off.
    • AMBER alerts
    • Extreme threats
    • Severe threats
    • Area update broadcasts
  9. Select
    Vibrate
     , highlight an option then select
    OK
     :
    • On
    • Off
  10. Select
    Alert reminder sound
     , highlight an option then select
    OK
     :
    • Once
    • Every 2 minutes
    • Every 15 minutes
    • Off
  11. Select
    Speak alert message
     , highlight an option then select
    OK
     :
    • On
    • Off
  12. Press the
    End
    key
     to return to the Menu.
