Move Files from Internal Storage to SD / Memory Card

Moving files to an SD card frees up storage space and helps your Galaxy A50 run more efficiently.

Before you begin

To perform the steps below, an SD / memory card must be installed.

Open the

My Files app

If unavailable, navigate:

Samsung folder

My Files

Tap

Internal storage

then navigate to the directory or folder that contains the file(s).

Tap the

3-dot Menu

Tap

Edit

Select the desired file(s) or tap

All

to so select all files.

Tap

Move

Tap the

My Files Home icon

then select

SD Card

If necessary, navigate to the appropriate directory to move the files to.

Tap
