Place a Conference Call

The conference call function on your Galaxy A50 lets you talk with multiple people simultaneously so up to 6 parties can participate in the same conversation.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • From the Keypad, enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      Dial icon
      .
    • From the Contacts tab, select a contact then tap the
      Dial icon
      .
  3. Once the call connects, tap
    Add call
    .
    If unavailable, tap the
    3-dot Menu
     then tap
    Add call
    .
    Each additional call must be initiated by the person who placed the first call.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Enter a 10-digit number then tap the
      Dial icon
      .
    • From the Contacts tab, select a contact then tap the
      Dial icon
      .
  5. Once the call connects, tap
    Merge
    .
    To disconnect from either party, tap the
    Dropdown menu
     then tap
    Drop
     to the right of the corresponding call.
