Capture and Share a Picture / Video

Follow these steps to easily capture photos or videos on your Galaxy A50 and send them to friends or family, helping you share moments in real time.

Before you begin

To share a picture that you've already taken or a video you've already recorded, refer to Share Picture / Video from Gallery.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Camera app
    .
  2. Do one of the following:
    • To take a picture:
      1. Tap
        Photo
        .
      2. Aim then tap the
        Shutter icon
         to take the picture.
    • To record a video:
      1. Tap
        Video
        .
      2. Aim then tap the
        Record icon
         to bein recording.
      3. When finished recording, tap the
        Stop icon
        .
  3. Tap the image preview in the lower left to view the picture or video.
  4. Tap the
    Share icon
    .
  5. Tap one of the available options then enter any additional info needed to send or share the picture or video.
