Here's how to manage volume controls if your GO FLIP V doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
     on your Alcatel GO FLIP™ V.
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

    Settings
    .
  3. Select
    Sound & notification
    .
  4. Select
    Volume
    .
  5. Select 'Alert Sounds' or 'Media'.
  6. Press the bottom of the navigation pad (to decrease volume) or the top of the navigation pad (to increase volume) then select
    OK
    .
