Alcatel GO FLIP™ V - Auto Receive Messages

Here's how to enable auto receive if your GO FLIP V is not receiving multimedia (picture / video) messages.
If you're not receiving picture / video messages, follow the steps below to ensure 'Auto-retrieve' is turned on.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

  2. Select
    Messaging
    .
  3. Press the
    right soft key
     soft key to choose Settings.
  4. Utilize the navigational pad scroll down then select
    Auto-retrieve
    .
  5. Highlight 'On' then select
    OK.
